Strategic withdrawal isn't about punishing someone. It's about protecting your energy. It's not withholding communication to hurt them - it's ending communication because continuing it hurts you.
Love this article. I’ll use it when I get rude comments back from Substack articles. Many times I am facetious, many times I correct folks view since plenty of half truths..
A good reporter shows both sides of a story and lets their reader decide, imho
I know this place very well. First you realize that these people are just provoking you to feed off your energy and the only way to end this is a clean cut or at least a signal that you are not available as an energy source - like withdrawing.
In either case, the recognition and decision inside yourself is the important point - this has to happen first, before you reply or don't.
Twitter used to be good till Musk bought it. Substack supports Nat. Socs. (Nazi’s) This is a bad business model. Why give an ear to losers. A country that lost ww1 and ww2 then was carved up like a Christmas turkey after the Cold War.
If the Jews want a country give them Germany a consolation prize .😆☠️.
Thank you for your comment—it genuinely means a lot. Writing about this (and the follow-up articles) has been my way of honoring the provocative, iconoclastic part of myself that I’ve spent far too long suppressing. These pieces aren’t just content—they’re a declaration that I’ll no longer water down what’s real for me or for those who need to hear it. Finally letting that voice off the leash has felt both liberating and overdue. Appreciate you witnessing it.
An absolute antidote to guilt. I’m currently witnessing the last trickle of the extinction surge and this distilled explanation could not have come at a better time.
This sentence especially is one I’ll tuck away for later, “Every explanation you give teaches people that your boundaries are negotiable.” So well put.

See a recent example how this can look like here:

To be honest: there are currently more fascists in the US than there are in Germany. But the main point here is: You stop giving them your energy.
Also your anger or rage is energy. I stopped using Twitter when fascist Musk bought it. Let them have it for their own and suck each others energy.
They won't get mine.
I will do that. The jerk I was dealing came from Manchester Uk. I thought I was speaking to a 15-25 yrs .He was 40.
This is so good and something I needed to read in this exact moment. I said those ending statements in “I” out loud to myself. Thank you!
You are welcome! 🙏
“You don't have to participate in every drama you're invited to,” wow.
YES! ❤️
Loved everything you wrote here, Atmos!
Protecting our energy must be one of our top priorities if we want to live a life on our terms that’s truly fulfilling.
Appreciate you for raising awareness of this, people need to learn about their energetics.

Keep spreading the word, my friend.
The importance of energetics is so overlooked.

Love this. Spot on!
