In my Energenetics work, I've found that people with strong LUX connections can feel the life force in projects, relationships, and opportunities. When you're connected to your crystal-clear essence, you become exquisitely sensitive to what has vitality and what's just running on momentum.
This was so well-written and had so much truth and lived experiences wrapped up in it.
Divine timing much? I stumbled upon an old poem I wrote that grapples with this subject just yesterday. I’ve been contemplating my ability to reconcile with endings lately, and oftentimes I see it coming intuitively, but fight myself rationally. In recent years, I’ve attempted to work through this.
Definitely something sacred about bowing out of something that no longer aligns, or has momentum. When I’ve done this it feels so peaceful. Also something peculiar about the energy of endings.
Thanks so much for your thoughtful reply! And for asking me to share!
What you said in your comment about trying to resist endings and eventually finding there’s beauty in them is exactly my experience as well.
I actually just posted it this morning, I go on a tangent underneath the post, so I’ll just send you the poem itself in this comment because that’ll probably be easier for you to read.
Here it is:
The world lurches out before me,
But I’ve already seen its spells.
It’s a lonely world where you seem to know the ending.
When you’re the only person watching the film who has knowledge of its conclusion,
And unfolding;
Keeping quiet and still,
Not wanting to ruin others with the knowledge you have;
So this isn’t about movies-
But it sort of is,
Since life and fiction intertwine
And marry together as a dualistic one
Since truth is stranger than fiction;
It’s a lonely life to cut things short as soon as the memory resurfaces,
To say goodbye before the other knows there’s a goodbye to be said,
This was so well-written and had so much truth and lived experiences wrapped up in it.

Please share your poem if you want! I'd love to read it.
Thank you so much - great that it resonates with you.
I have resisted endings for a long time and then realized how powerful and beautiful they are if you stop resisting.
It's currently one of my favorite topics and something that's greatly misunderstood.
In the end it's about death. That's what makes it so deep and juicy.

Beautiful! From now on you are my modern day Emily Dickenson! Thanks for sharing! 🙏
Awww wow, that’s such a compliment! Thank you so much! I just started reading her poems again last week, too. She’s one of my faves.
Have a great day!
