1. Before any challenging conversation, activate your LUX connection and ask: "Is this provocation serving their liberation or my frustration?"

2. When you feel the urge to challenge someone, pause and connect to LUX: "What specifically needs to be exposed here, and what's the most skillful way to do it?"

3. After any confrontation, return to LUX and assess: "Did I provoke from love or from reactivity? What can I learn for next time?"
