Sometimes it's the darkest experiences that lead to our greatest transformation. The year 2024 became such an alchemical journey for me – a bridge year that began with great enthusiasm and led through painful disillusionment to profound insights.
The story began with a vision: an energetic product that had the potential to support people and spread light. With passion and dedication, I threw myself into this project, contributed my expertise, and helped the company achieve remarkable success.
But behind the luminous façade lurked a shadow. The company founder, whose vision I thought I was realizing, turned out to be a manipulative personality who systematically lied, deceived, and created a system of energetic dependency. What was done in the name of "light" actually served personal power and shadow.
The process of recognizing this truth and extracting myself from this energetic field was one of the most painful yet transformative experiences of my life. The healing took months but brought unexpected gifts: a new book, a seminar series, and the full blossoming of my Energenetics® system that I created 10 years ago.
Here are some of the most important insights from my bridge year of 2024:
1. Energetic Sovereignty - The Key to True Freedom
The most profound insight from my experience was the fundamental importance of energetic sovereignty. What does this mean exactly? Energetic sovereignty is the ability to stand in your own energetic power without being dependent on external sources, people, or systems.
In the spiritual world, we are often conditioned to surrender our power to external authorities – to teachers, gurus, spiritual systems, or even energetic "products." We believe that the source of healing, power, and wisdom lies outside of us and that we must "obtain" it from there.
But the deeper truth is: The purest and most powerful energy source already lies within you. It is your birthright, your innate connection to your own divine essence. This connection – which I call "LUX" in my book – requires no mediation, no external initiation, and no complex techniques – above all, it requires no external products!
My painful lesson in that project was that despite decades of spiritual practice, I had temporarily given up my energetic sovereignty. I had lost myself in a vision that wasn't fully my own and put my energy in service of a system that wasn't operating with integrity.
The path back to my energetic sovereignty wasn't easy, but incredibly liberating. It began with the realization that I was never truly dependent on external energy sources – this dependency was an illusion I had accepted.
True energetic sovereignty doesn't mean isolation or spiritual egoism. On the contrary: The more you stand in your own power, the deeper and more authentically you can connect with others. It creates a quality of relationship based on mutual respect and recognition, not on unconscious energetic entanglement or dependency.
2. When Higher Truth Breaks Through – The Uncomfortable Path of Transformation
One of the hardest lessons of this year was the realization: When you are in authentic connection with your higher self, everything that doesn't align with your highest truth begins to crumble – and this process can be extremely uncomfortable.
During the months of my collaboration with the company, I repeatedly sensed subtle dissonances – small inconsistencies, inner warning signs, moments of doubt. But I pushed these aside, rationalized them away. I wanted to believe that my vision of the project aligned with reality.
What I underestimated: The connection to our higher self is like a powerful spotlight that ultimately illuminates all shadows. The stronger this connection becomes, the less we can lie to ourselves or remain in situations that don't correspond to our deepest truth.
This process of revelation follows a relentless pattern:
First come the subtle hints – quiet inner voices, body signals, recurring dreams, or "coincidental" synchronicities that try to get our attention.
If we ignore these, the signals become stronger – clearer dissonances, more obvious contradictions, more intense emotional reactions and physical symptoms.
And if we ignore these too, the truth finally breaks through with a force that can no longer be denied – often in the form of a crisis or dramatic turning point.
In my case, this led to a hard but necessary break with the company and the admission that I had allowed myself to be deceived. The pain of this realization was intense but purifying. It opened a space for genuine transformation.
What I learned: This uncomfortable process of revelation is not a sign of failure – it's proof that your connection to higher truth is working. It's the mechanism through which we free ourselves from illusions, unhealthy bonds, and false self-images.
The real challenge is not to avoid these uncomfortable truths, but to welcome them – to recognize them as signposts to deeper authenticity and integrity. When we have the courage to live through the pain of disillusionment, we discover on the other side a freedom and clarity that wasn't accessible to us before.
3. Lies Serve Truth – The Cosmic Paradox
One of the most fascinating insights from my experience was the paradoxical realization: The lies and betrayal I encountered externally ultimately served only to bring truth (Gene Key 63) to light faster and more powerfully.
What initially appeared as a deeply personal attack – the deceptions, dishonesty, manipulations – revealed itself upon deeper contemplation as part of a greater cosmic play. It was as if the universe wanted to create a space through these painful experiences where truth could emerge all the more radiant.
In the darkest moments of realization, when the extent of the deception became clear, I felt a deep pain of "being betrayed." But with some distance, I recognized: None of it was really personal. The lies, deceptions, manipulations – they all followed their own patterns and laws that had little to do with me.
Gene Key 63, whose Siddhi is truth, teaches us: Truth is not an intellectual position or moral conviction. It is a living field, a force that works through all veils of illusion – sometimes gently and subtly, sometimes with shattering force.
What I learned this year:
“Lies have short legs” (a German saying, that means that lies will reveal themselves quickly), not because there's a moral law that punishes liars, but because truth is a fundamental property of the universe that inevitably breaks through
The bigger the lie, the stronger the ultimate impulse of truth will be to dissolve it
When we live in truth, we flow with this cosmic principle; when we live or accept untruths, we position ourselves against one of the most powerful currents of the universe
This insight has fundamentally changed my understanding of "betrayal" and "deception." I no longer see them primarily as moral offenses against me personally, but as manifestations of a deeper imbalance seeking correction. The lies I encountered were like bubbles in a river – temporary distortions in a larger current that inevitably leads to truth.
This perspective has helped me process the pain of deception without falling into bitterness or cynicism. It has allowed me to see what happened as a valuable lesson that helped me sharpen my own perception and connect more deeply with my inner truth.
4. Clear Boundaries – A Sign of Spiritual Maturity
One of the most important lessons of this year was the realization that clear energetic boundaries are not selfish, but an essential sign of spiritual maturity. This point was particularly painful for me, as I hadn't set my own boundaries clearly enough and was consequently not only exploited but literally energetically drained through the energetic vampirism of the company founder.
In the spiritual world, there's often a dangerous misunderstanding: the idea that boundarylessness and unconditional availability are signs of spiritual development. This misunderstanding is often nourished by distorted interpretations of "unity," "compassion," or "selflessness."
My experience with the energetic vampirism of the company founder showed me that the opposite is true. True spiritual maturity is not shown in the abandonment of healthy boundaries, but in the ability to set them clearly and lovingly – for the following reasons:
Boundaries protect your energetic integrity Every person has a unique energetic field that should be respected. Clear boundaries are like a healthy cell membrane – they regulate what flows in and out while keeping your energetic essence intact.
Boundaries enable authentic relationships Without clear boundaries, no real relationships emerge, only energetic entanglements and dependencies. Only when we clearly define where we end and the other begins does true encounter become possible.
Boundaries are an act of self-love When you set clear boundaries, you honor yourself and your own needs. This is not selfishness, but the recognition that you can only give from a filled cup.
Boundaries as spiritual discipline The ability to say "no" to what isn't in resonance with your highest truth is an essential spiritual practice – just as important as the ability to say "yes" to what nourishes and supports you.
What I had to learn painfully: Energetic vampirism is a real dynamic that is often overlooked or rationalized in spiritual contexts. Some people – often unconsciously, sometimes consciously – have developed patterns that drain energy from others instead of strengthening their own connection to the source.
In my case, the company founder had created a complex system of energetic dependencies in which he continuously tapped into the life force of his employees and customers. The tragic part: It happened under the banner of "light" and "spiritual development."
My path back to energetic sovereignty began with the simple but powerful act of setting boundaries – with the clear "no" to this dynamic and the withdrawal of my energy from this system. This act was not only liberating for me, but also revealed the deeper truth behind the seemingly spiritual façade.
Today I understand: The more we stand in our own power, the more clearly and lovingly we can set our boundaries. And the clearer our boundaries are, the more freely and authentically we can connect with others – not out of neediness or dependency, but from the abundance of our own fullness.
5. From Shadow to Light – The Alchemical Transformation
Perhaps the most powerful insight of this year was: Don't put your light in service of the shadow, but use the shadow to bring forth your own light.
When I invested my energy and gifts in that company, I did so with the sincere intention of spreading light and helping people. What I didn't realize was that I was putting my light in service of a system that was at its core permeated by shadow – by manipulation, dishonesty, and abuse of power.
This painful experience led me to a fundamental reversal of perspective: Instead of using my light to illuminate the shadows of others (which often ends in energetic exhaustion and frustration), I learned to use the encounter with shadow as a catalyst for my own light.
This alchemical transformation follows an ancient principle:
The shadow we encounter externally is ultimately always a mirror for aspects within ourselves that call for integration and transformation.
In my case, the encounter with dishonesty and manipulation showed me where I wasn't fully standing in my own truth and sovereignty. The external shadow functioned as a perfect teacher, forcing me to dive deeper into my own light-nature and embody it more completely.
The alchemical formula I discovered in the process can be expressed like this:
Recognition of the shadow – both externally and the corresponding resonance within oneself
Acceptance of the lesson – understanding that every shadow encounter represents a perfect learning field
Integration of polarity – the realization that light and shadow are ultimately part of the same spectrum
Transformation through consciousness – converting the shadow experience into conscious evolution
Embodiment of light – authentically living the newly integrated wisdom
What became especially clear to me: It's not about fighting or eliminating the shadow – neither in ourselves nor in the world. It's rather about recognizing it as a valuable aspect of our development that helps us find and embody our true light through contrast.
At the end of this intensive year of transformation, I am deeply grateful for all the shadows I encountered. They forced me to dive deeper into my own truth, set my boundaries more clearly, and embody my energetic sovereignty more fully.
This experience has not only led to my personal healing, but also to the birth of a book, a seminar series, and a more complete version of my Energenetics® system. From apparent "failure" has emerged a deeper success – not measured by external standards, but by the authentic embodiment of my true essence and purpose.
As the old alchemical principle says: "Solve et Coagula" – Dissolve and recombine. Sometimes we must go through the process of dissolution for a new, more coherent manifestation of our true potential to emerge.
If these insights have resonated with you and you would like to learn more about the path of energetic sovereignty, you'll find a deeper exploration of these themes, practical exercises to strengthen your own energetic boundaries, and a detailed guide to connecting with your LUX presence – your own inner light source – in my new book "The Path of Energetic Sovereignty." (The book will be released in April 2025 in German first and followed by the english version later)
Likewise, my new Energenetics® seminars offer a supportive space to explore and embody these principles in community. For although the path to energetic sovereignty is deeply personal, it thrives best in resonance with others who have also embarked on this journey.
