I was exhausted from having to "look at myself", "raise my vibration", and listening to all the other "spirituals" who somehow knew exactly what kind of healing had to be done. I questioned if this perpetual cycle of change and healing and growth was actually a healthy and natural thing and came to the conclusion that it wasn't. I came to see it as outside-in living - taking energy from external sources and then trying to align it with who I already was on the inside.
